Hey! I’m Natalia Schubkegel, and I’m the Administrative Coordinator at WeCreate.
I work behind the scenes to make sure our team has what they need to do their best work. I'm the go-to for admin questions, I keep people using their PTO and actually recharging, and I help fine-tune our internal processes and policies. I also get to run internal initiatives and career development stuff, plus handle all the unseen details that keep a creative agency running smoothly.

I consider myself very lucky to have begun my career at WeCreate and I haven't looked back since. In 2015, fresh out of high school, I was offered a design internship at WeCreate. This opportunity allowed me to build on my skillset and learn from so many talented creatives. Within a few months, I was taking my self-taught HTML-hobby-skills into actual projects and building websites for WeCreate and subsequently, my role transitioned from Graphic Designer to Web Designer & Developer. In 2021, after 6 years working on the creative team at WeCreate, I pivoted into the admin side of the company, where I now get to support the team as the Administrative Coordinator. It's been a fantastic journey and I'm so thankful to be here.
